AGREEMENT-OFFER FOR PARTICIPATION IN A TOURIST TRIP This document is an official offer for individuals (hereinafter — “Participant”) to enter into an agreement to participate in a tourist tour (hereinafter — “Tour”) under the following terms: 1. General Provisions 1.1. The offer is considered accepted from the moment the participation is confirmed via the website and prepayment is made. 1.2. Organizer: FeelTrip Sp. z o.o. 1.3. The Participant confirms that they have reviewed the tour program, participation terms, and understand the physical and organizational aspects of the trip. 2. Financial Terms 2.1. Tour price: €1490. 2.2. Prepayment: €490 — mandatory no later than 30 calendar days before the start of the tour. 2.3. The remaining amount is payable by prior agreement between the Participant and the Organizer, but no later than the start of the tour. Flexible payment methods and terms are allowed upon agreement. 2.4. Cancellation terms at the participant’s initiative: If canceled less than 30 calendar days before the start of the tour — prepayment is non-refundable; If canceled earlier than 30 calendar days before the start of the tour — prepayment is fully refundable. 2.5. Cancellation terms at the organizer’s initiative: In case of full tour cancellation — 100% refund of paid amounts; The Organizer has the right to replace the route, guide, start time, or tour elements without compensation if it does not substantially affect the main essence of the tour. 3. Participant Responsibilities 3.1. The Participant agrees to: follow the instructions of the guide and organizers; adhere to the schedule, itinerary, and rules; respect other participants and staff. 3.2. Strictly prohibited: abuse of alcohol or drugs; aggressive behavior, creating a threat to the group; intentional damage to property or nature; participation in a state that prevents completing activities. 3.3. In case of gross violation of the rules, the Organizer has the right to exclude the participant without refund. 3.4. The Participant must inform the Organizer before the tour about: chronic diseases; injuries or limitations; medication needs or dietary requirements. 3.5. The Participant is fully responsible for their health and insurance. 3.6. The Participant consents to photo and video recording during the tour. Materials obtained may be used by the Organizer for advertising purposes, including posting on social media, the website, and other promotion channels. 4. Organizer Liability 4.1. The Organizer is not responsible for: actions of third parties (carriers, hotels, local providers); personal belongings of the Participant; weather conditions, natural events, transportation delays; injuries caused by inattention, unauthorized actions, or lack of Participant’s awareness. 4.2. The Organizer has the right to replace route elements in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, blockages, political situations, etc.) without compensation. 4.3. In case of deterioration of the Participant’s health, the Organizer will assist in obtaining help but does not bear medical responsibility. 5. Guarantees and Participant Protection 5.1. The Participant has the right to: receive information about the route, difficulty level, accommodation, and meals before acceptance; refuse participation before the tour begins as described above; expect reasonable safety within the planned route. 5.2. The Organizer agrees to: provide a qualified guide; inform about route difficulties and risks; ensure communication with the Participant before and during the tour; remind the Participant to arrange medical insurance before the tour. 6. Insurance and Health 6.1. Medical insurance is not included in the tour price and must be arranged by the Participant independently before the trip. 6.2. The Participant agrees to obtain valid medical insurance covering accidents, injuries, hospitalization, and, if necessary, evacuation. 6.3. The Organizer is not responsible for: lack of insurance by the Participant; expenses related to medical care, treatment, or evacuation; consequences of exacerbation of chronic diseases, injuries, or other medical situations during the tour. 6.4. The Participant assumes full responsibility for their health, physical and mental condition suitable for the tour’s level of activity. 6.5. The Organizer provides assistance in emergencies (calling an ambulance, contacting relatives, etc.) but is not obliged to cover costs and is not legally responsible for medical outcomes. 7. Final Provisions 7.1. This agreement becomes effective upon acceptance (checking the box on the website or other explicit consent). 7.2. The Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accept all terms. 7.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached — according to the legislation of the Organizer’s country of registration.
